Vega, a London-based fintech, seeks an AI/Agent Engineer to design and ship foundational AI features across document intelligence, agent orchestration, and workflow automation. You will work directly with leadership to move prototypes to production on a modern Java/Spring/AWS stack. You will drive the AI practice, set architecture standards, and own implementation from prototype to production in a high-growth environment.
