I

As the Video Editor, you're someone who lives and breathes content - someone at the forefront of what's trending, what's about to trend, and what engages a brand's audience. A flair for storytelling is vital, we don't want style over substance, but the visual application of the story is key. You'll review large volumes of footage and decide what makes the cut, how it's paced, and how scenes flow together. You'll pick music that fits the tone and speak up when you see a better creative option than what's in the brief.

You'll be comfortable with sound design and colour grading, and always looking at new techniques to help you create the highest quality project for our clients. A creative mind, who also appreciates the importance of process and file management and doesn't shy away from revision and creating the various outputs that are often required. As a strong communicator, you love open dialogue to help fill in those little gaps that often occur during a fast-paced agency, to help you get the information and assets you need to complete each project.
