The Mid-Weight Producer is responsible for delivering productions from start to finish, working closely with a Senior Producer within a dedicated client team. You'll run projects through pre-production, on-set (including occasional international work), and post-production, taking day-to-day ownership of smaller projects and key elements of larger ones. Alongside production delivery, you'll manage budgets, costs and schedules, making sure every project meets the client brief, upholds ITCH's creative standards and hits agreed margins. You'll create quotes and scopes with a Senior Producer's oversight.
You'll often be in direct contact with clients and will be the 'face' of ITCH on shoots and during production, so clear, proactive and solutions-focused communication is essential. You'll collaborate with the Creative & Strategy and Client Services teams, as well as directors, filmmakers and editors, to turn creative concepts into achievable production plans. Anyone who works with you should see you as the person with the answers who can make things happen. You'll be an experienced negotiator, confident in securing talent (photographers, influencers, crew) and managing fees, usage and contracts to get the best value for the agency. With strong organisation, solid shoot experience and a problem-solving mindset, you'll also help refine our internal processes based on your own experience. Oh, and as we're a social content company, we love showing the people behind the work. There may be opportunities to appear in our social content, behind-the-scenes videos, or showreels. It's never compulsory, but if you enjoy being in front of the camera as well as behind it, we'd love to have you involved.
