Our client is looking for a hands-on Workday Report Writer to build reporting solutions that support critical decisions across HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Learning. $90,000- $110,000
What You'll Be Doing
Design and maintain advanced, matrix, composite, and RaaS reports
Build complex calculated fields across HCM data sources
Create Prism datasets and derived datasets
Translate business requirements into reporting solutions
Validate reports and troubleshoot data discrepancies
Support Workday upgrades, testing, and validation
Document report logic and maintain reporting standards
What You'll Need to be Considered
Hands-on Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics experience
Experience with Workday security and HCM data sources
Advanced Excel skills
Workday Report Writer Certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Atlanta-based candidates must be able to travel to Birmingham as needed
