- Implement appropriate project governance, reporting structures and processes.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, highlighting areas requiring attention or escalation.
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions, ensuring actions are captured and followed through.
- Support the prioritisation of activities and resources across the wider digital portfolio.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with the Trust's wider digital strategy and organisational objectives.
- Provide confidence to senior stakeholders that projects are being actively managed and delivery is under control.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or workstreams within a complex organisation.
- Experience working within the NHS or wider healthcare environment, ideally within a Mental Health Trust.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance.
- Ability to bring structure and organisation to projects that may involve multiple teams and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with senior management, clinical teams and operational colleagues.
- Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies and reporting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
