What you’ll do
- Support relationship-building with carbon removal suppliers acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Communicate technical—often scientific—concepts to a non‑expert audience with clarity and confidence.
- Assess inbound leads and support supplier onboarding and contracting processes (coordinating closely with the Science Growth and Technology teams).
- Collaborate closely with senior team members on larger, more complex opportunities.
- Represent Isometric at events and in front of key partners across different platforms and geographies.
What we’re looking for
- Strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal with a willingness to dive into complex topics.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced dynamic environment and proactive about getting things done.
- Clear and confident communicator; experience or interest in negotiation or partnerships is a plus.
- Prior experience in startups and/or technical sectors.
