Isometric is the AI-native certifier of climate solutions. We combine scientific rigor with best-in-class technology to unlock the capital and trust needed to reverse climate change. Our customers, including Microsoft and Google, trust us to help them avoid greenwashing. We’re looking for doers with a bias to action. Our team is brilliant and cares (a lot). Join us for the most impactful role of your career—and the best job you’ve ever had.

What is the job?

  • Launch 0→1 in new domains. Lead discovery, early business development, prototyping and launch of products in new areas – expanding Isometric’s AI certification to new environmental products such as green cement and beyond.
  • Build it yourself. Use AI to vibe-code working demos and clickable prototypes you can put in front of real customers. The bar isn't production-grade code, it's taking an idea to a tangible prototype without waiting for engineering, then iterating on it with real users.
  • Find what's valuable. Ship it. Pair with the commercial team to prototype with and sell to design partners, validate willingness-to-pay, and productionise the winners. Help build out Certify – our AI-certification platform – and the foundation we're building everything new on top of.

Things we're looking for:

  • High agency. You can independently figure out a new area and drive it forward despite high ambiguity.
  • Strong bias to action: you default to shipping, deciding and moving rather than waiting for clarity.
  • AI-native. You ship working products, not just specs. Comfortable using AI to build demos and prototypes yourself, and you bring strong taste and craft to everything you make, from a 1-day demo to a productionised v1.
  • Commercial instinct, customer-led. You can spot where to play, frame a sharp value prop, and be a compelling partner to the commercial team in selling to first customers. You're obsessive about deep discovery — you talk to lots of users, validate real demand before scaling investment, and let customer signal, not internal opinion, drive what to build next.

This role isn't for you if:

  • You want a remote job. We value in-person collaboration and spend Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the office.
  • You prefer staying within your area of expertise and operating in structured environments. We navigate ambiguity at extreme pace and everyone is a generalist.
  • You're looking for a short term gig. We're building for the long term and looking for people ready to grow with us for 5–10 years.
