Forza Foods is seeking a Factory Trainer to join the onsite Training Team at our Normanton protein site.
The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm, at site-based facilities.
Permanent contract.
You will lead inductions, shop-floor operational training, and compliance modules, while developing SOPs and training schedules with the training manager.
Responsibilities include mentoring new colleagues, evaluating performance through audits, and liaising with management to meet training needs.
