Retail Assistant – Optical Stylist (10 hour contract)

IOLLA is a Scottish based, direct to consumer, independent retailer of high quality eyewear; designed in house and enjoyed worldwide through our online and physical spaces. Our mission is to become the most popular prescription eyewear brand wherever we are, and we want you to help get us there! We are on the lookout for a customer focused, passionate and driven retail assistant to support our brand.

What you will do

  • Support all aspects of daily operations in our Finnieston showroom.
  • Provide each customer with an outstanding brand experience, sharing the IOLLA story and offering tailored eyewear solutions.
  • Assist customers with optical matters – explain prescriptions, help select frames and provide aftercare support.
  • Drive brand awareness locally and beyond, maintaining visual displays, service standards and product knowledge.
  • Support office pop ups, showroom events and networking efforts to build positive relationships with customers and partners.
  • Help with showroom operations: opening/closing checklists, stock management, health & safety.
