We are working with a well-regarded and busy main contractor specialising in façade and cladding remediation projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.
The successful candidate will oversee two live projects valued between £2m–£5m, operating under JCT Design & Build contracts.
Requirements- Degree Qualified
- Main contracting background
- Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience
- Experience administering JCT D&B contracts (desirable)
- Predominantly office-based in Cardiff
- Weekly site visits to designated projects
- Commercial management of multiple live projects
- Cost control, valuations, subcontractor management, and reporting
