About the role

Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor. As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload of residential transactions while supporting the team's continued growth and success. You will manage matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring each client receives clear, practical advice and a positive experience at every stage.

You will work closely with clients, agents, and lenders, building strong relationships through professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, client-focused, and keen to develop their expertise within a supportive and collaborative team.

  • Manage a varied caseload of sales, purchases, and remortgages.
  • Draft and review contracts, titles, and leasehold documents.
  • Conduct searches and provide clear, practical advice.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and referrers.
  • Support the team and supervise junior staff.
  • Deliver efficient, high-quality client service.

Requirements/Desirables:

  • 2 years+ PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
  • SQE/Cilex Qualified.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of professional integrity and client care.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Partners for Windows.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal colleagues.
