We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly collaborative professional who is passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential within an international school environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering independence, confidence, and wellbeing in young learners.
Working closely with classroom teachers, learning support specialists, and families, the Shadow Teacher will provide individualized support to a student, helping them access the curriculum, engage fully in school life, and develop the academic, social, and emotional skills needed for success. Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and committed to inclusive education, with the ability to build positive relationships and adapt support strategies to meet the evolving needs of the student.
