A great opportunity exists for an IT Desktop Support Analyst to join Stephen Smith and the team to support our Birmingham offices. You will become a key part of a supportive and collaborative IT team that will aid the development of your career.
You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks to serve the needs of the business. A key part of your role will be analysing and resolving end-user hardware, software and connectivity issues both desk-side and remotely supporting Stantec employees. Upon joining our team, your task will be to contribute to the resolution of operational problems by working collaboratively with your peers. To be successful in this role, your problem solving and customer facing skills will be important as you work with a wide variety of internal clients.
