We're recruiting for a talented Sous Chef to join a friendly and professional kitchen team on the outskirts of Taunton.

You'll assist with food preparation, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and ensure a smooth and efficient service.
We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up.
Passion for producing high-quality, fresh food.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Knowledge of food hygiene and health
Your tasks
Support the Head Chef in delivering fresh, high-quality food and oversee kitchen operations.
Your profile
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie with a passion for quality food.
