Overview

As Lead RF Engineer, you will steer an RF engineering team while staying close to core technology to guide delivery.

You’ll balance people leadership with technical direction, participating in design reviews and critical decisions.

You’ll coordinate across RF/mm Wave development, mechanical, PCB, manufacturing and test teams to keep projects on track.

This role offers ownership of an in-house RF/mm Wave hardware program and the chance to shape engineering processes and delivery culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of RF engineers

  • Experienced RF or microwave engineer with formal or informal leadership experience
  • Ability to manage people, priorities and technical delivery

  • Experience with RF design tools is useful (ADS, Microwave Office, CST, EMPro)
