In this senior Programme Manager role, you own the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary technical programmes and partner with clients and internal experts to shape robust solutions. You’ll steer cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and maintain stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle. The position sits at the intersection of telecoms technology and engineering excellence, offering the chance to tackle world-class challenges. You’ll play a key role in aligning business development insights with technical delivery to drive impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary technical projects
- Manage customer relationships throughout delivery
- Collaborate with Business Developers and Technical Leads to identify client challenges and guide solutions
- Coordinate across disciplines including Signal Processing, AI, Digital Systems, RF, and Embedded Software
- Oversee budget performance across multiple projects with effective planning and delivery
Key requirements
- Proven experience as Programme/Project Manager for complex multi-disciplinary projects involving software and hardware development
- Formal PM qualification (e.g. APM) is a plus
- Understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
- Comfortable in dynamic environments with evolving requirements and technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking for complex technical challenges
- Demonstrated stakeholder management translating client challenges into deliverables
- Ability to scope, shape and size projects with technical experts
- Ability to motivate and inspire diverse project teams
- Experience in telecoms or related technology sector is a strong plus
