An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RF/mmWave IC Design Engineer to join a global team developing advanced semiconductor technologies for next-generation 5G and 6G wireless applications.
This is a full-time office-based role at our client’s R&D centre in Cambridgeshire.
This opportunity is open to engineers across a range of experience levels, from talented early-career engineers to highly experienced senior and principal-level specialists. You will contribute to the design and development of high-performance RF integrated circuits, working on innovative architectures and circuit solutions using advanced CMOS technologies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Contributingtothe specification, architecture, circuit design, implementationand verification OFRF Integrated circuits and subsystems
- Developingand optimising high-performance RFcircuitfor advancedwirelessapplications
- Supportingdesign verification, testing and troubleshootingtoachieveperformancetargets
Skills and Experience:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, RF Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Strong fundamentals in RF circuit design and analysis
- Practical IC tapeout experience
- Experiencein mmWave circuit designis strongly preferred
