We are looking for experienced Technical Business Analysts who can operate between business teams, Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Cybersecurity and Risk & Controls. This is not a conventional process-mapping BA role. You will help define how AI-enabled products and agentic workflows interact with users, enterprise systems, data and governance frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse complex banking processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation
- Translate business outcomes into clear technical and functional requirements
- Map systems, APIs, data flows, user journeys and integration dependencies
- Define agent workflows, decision points, human approvals and exception handling
- Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and technical documentation
- Work closely with Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, Architects and control functions
- Support testing, implementation, governance and production readiness
Requirements:
- Strong Technical Business Analysis experience within private-sector technology delivery
- Experience working on complex data, digital, automation, cloud or AI programmes
- Strong understanding of systems integration, data flows, APIs and technical dependencies
- Comfortable working directly with engineers and architects
- Experience producing BPMN, workflow diagrams, requirements documentation and acceptance criteria
- Banking, insurance or wider financial-services experience is highly desirable
