The position will be working for a successful and government led organisation that is seeking a Mosaic Developer who has strong capabilities in Access Community Gateway online forms. The chosen Lead Mosaic Developer must have experience working within a local borough or council with capabilities in online portal for Mosaic. The Lead Systems Developer will be responsible for the successful development of children’s social care case management system (Mosaic) which utilises a range of development languages JavaScript and SQL.
Responsibilities:
- The chosen candidate will be responsible for making changes to our clients existing case management system so that business processes become more efficient and user friendly.
- You will collaborate with business analysts, front-end social work teams and performance teams to deliver high quality applications and user experiences within an agile environment.
- To lead project teams with responsibility for systems development for Children’s Services, ensuring user needs are considered and that system development balances the needs of all stakeholders (including performance reporting) whilst promoting lean and efficient delivery and operations.
- To analyse business need, define business processes and requirements, making best use of people and systems.
