WFM Configuration Specialist - £650 - £750 per day - London (Hybrid) - Consultancy Overview: We are currently searching for a WFM Configuration Specialist to join a leading global professional services consultancy on a contract basis, working within a large-scale transformation programme. The successful candidate will deliver configuration for the Time & Attendance, Absence & Scheduling workstream, ensuring accurate rule build, consistent standards and high-quality outcomes across multiple entities and countries. Role & Responsibilities: Configure the time, absence and scheduling solution in line with the agreed design. Build platform objects including time profiles, employee groups and clock or mobile capture rules. Configure time calculation rules covering overtime, premiums, rounding and breaks. Set up exception handling, workflows, approvals and audit controls. Configure labour driven schedules, shift patterns and templates, rostering rules and constraints. Build self-service workflows including time off requests, shift swaps and approvals. Develop persona driven KPIs, metrics and reporting. Produce configuration documentation and support knowledge transfer to other teams. Support configuration-related testing, including unit testing, SIT, UAT triage and defect resolution, as well as cutover readiness and hypercare.Essential Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in either UKG Pro WFM or ATOSS. Strong understanding of time calculation concepts and operational time processes. Experience delivering quality builds through structured documentation. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex rules and large datasets. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Clear communication skills and the ability to work across business and technical teams.
