Learning Experience Designer
12 month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience plus annual bonus of up to 17.5%

Role
This exciting role will cover the full end to end process of creating blended and digital learning for a new change management project as they implement a new telephony system across the organisation.
You will work with key stakeholders to understand the learning needs, design and create engaging and impactful learning solution, develop any digital learning with Articulate Storyline and will use a range of learning technology.
Person
The successful person will:
• Have experience working across the end to end process of both blended and digital learning
• Be a confident user of Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Be confident mapping out learning solutions to create the best outcome
• Strong collaboration skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• CIPD qualification is desired but not essential
• Must be able to go onsite in Stratford-Upon-Avon one day a week
