We're looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Comms-Care team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, helping customers get the most from their services while identifying opportunities to grow and develop existing relationships. You'll be responsible for managing a high volume of accounts, generating sales opportunities and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Help customers get the most from their services by understanding their needs and goals.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling and renewals.
- Engage with customers through calls, emails and other channels to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
- Manage sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion, maintaining an accurate pipeline.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider sales team to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting both customer success and business growth.

- The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
