These events raised more than £16 million for charity.

The 2026/2027 events season is set to be another significant year of growth with our public events in double-digit growth and multiple new brand partnerships and high-profile clients coming on board.

We're looking for an Account Manager to join us at our Brighton HQ. They will be leading the relationships with some of our most prestigious corporate and charity clients and partners, including leading on a large event series. The Account Manager will work closely with the Senior Client Director and collaborate with operations and marketing teams to bring our client’s objectives to life from scoping all the way through to live event execution.

They will be highly organised with proven experience of delivering for clients.

Your main tasks:

  • Lead relationships with a portfolio of prestigious corporate and charity clients.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, run weekly meetings, create agendas, and follow up on actions.
  • Plan and execute the participant journey: registration systems, inbox management, copywriting for communications, event guides.
  • Support branding: from brief to production through to delivery.
  • Process and transfer participant data ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Shape, present, and manage budgets for activation plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Create live event documents (master schedules, briefing sheets, etc.).
  • Provide on-site event management for client relationships, registration, and info desks.
  • Co-ordinate debrief meetings and final evaluation reports.
  • Build strong stakeholder trust to secure renewals and long-term partnerships.

Your profile:

  • 4+ years of account management and client relationship management.
  • Proof of managing multiple stakeholders and leading projects.
  • Event experience and ability to consult a client through complex projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Budget management and reporting – familiarity with Xero.
  • Advanced Excel and data handling.

What we offer:

  • SALARY: £32k - £36k per annum depending on experience.
  • BONUSES: Potential for performance and company-related bonuses.
  • HOLIDAY: 28 days (including bank holidays) plus time off between Christmas & New Year.
  • PENSION: 5% employer contribution.
  • LOCATION: Brighton.
  • REPORTING: To Senior Client Director.
  • START DATE: September 2026.
  • Flexible working: Remote working: 3 of the 5 days per week in the Brighton office as a baseline.
  • Flexible hours: 9-5 pm with flexibility for early or late starts.
