As our Platform Data & Assurance Specialist, you'll help power the success of our Cloud Marketplace Platform by identifying opportunities, solving complex operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement.
From ensuring pricing and billing accuracy to uncovering process inefficiencies, your insights will help create a better experience for vendors, partners and customers while supporting smarter business decisions across the organisation.
We are pleased to offer this position as fulltime 37.5 hours per week and can be based on a hybrid basis at any of our UK offices which are located in South Cerney, London, Woking and Fareham.
Requirements
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in turning datasets into meaningful insights.
- Experience working with transactional or operational platforms (cloud marketplace experience desirable but not essential).
- Ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and drive resolution through collaboration.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e. g., Power BI).
- Strong Excel skills
- Understanding of quote-to-order and order‑to‑invoice or billing processes is advantageous.
- Comfortable owning workstreams, driving improvement, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
