Being a multifaceted recruitment agency, we would be able to use your specialisms within one of our sectors. Role overview:
Managing multiple projects at any one time, confidently speaking to clients, C-level candidates and being a Boolean searching expert to find hidden gems.
Duties are but not limited to:
- Discuss new vacancies with clients, proposing and agreeing delivery plans
- Systematically working retainers and exclusive roles from cradle to grave
- Source for hard to find candidates using creative techniques to attract the best talent
- Market job vacancies utilising various platforms
- Consultatively interview C-level candidates with their and the clients' best intentions at heart
- Diligently pull together recruitment projects and present to clients, consultatively showcasing how they can add value to their business
- Arranging and preparing candidates to interview
- Sell our services to new and existing clients as well as building lasting relationships with candidates
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
- Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Confidence sourcing candidates at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness
- Expert level LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching skills or willing to learn
- A driving license and use of your own vehicle due to the remote location of some of our clients
- Personality - consultative, creative, forward thinking, diligent and most importantly with integrity.
