The Opportunity

This is a consultative, relationship-focused technical sales position combining:

  • New business development
  • Account management
  • Technical solution selling
  • Dealer and OEM relationship management
  • Industry networking and brand representation

You'll be responsible for developing new commercial opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers across manufacturing, dealer, and specialist technical environments. The role will involve regular UK travel, customer visits, trade shows, and collaboration with technical teams internally to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets
  • Managing and growing relationships with OEMs, dealers, and key customer accounts
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with senior decision-makers and directors
  • Supporting customers with a consultative and technical sales approach
  • Understanding customer requirements and aligning suitable product solutions
  • Working closely with internal technical specialists on bespoke projects and proposals
  • Reading and interpreting CAD drawings and technical specifications
  • Producing presentations, sales reports, and commercial updates for leadership teams
  • Representing the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Promoting products, offers, and merchandising initiatives across dealer networks

What We're Looking For

  • Experience selling within manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries
