LOCATION: Flitwick, Bedfordshire

DAY SHIFT: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, Friday 6:00am-12:00pm (Weekends OFF)

BASIC PAY: £12.71 per hour

Company Profile: Our client who has built a reputation manufacturing and distributing market leading products is seeking a Production Operative to join their organisation in Kimbolton on a temporary to permanent basis.

In this Production Operative role, you will be responsible for:

  • Manual packing of the product that is produced into the correct boxes, in the correct quantity and to the expected quality standard.
  • Accurately assembling and packing products at the end of the production line.
  • End of line finishing and rework to ensure the products are manufactured to high quality standards.
  • Monitoring the production machines to produce product in accordance with the company quality programme.
  • Consistently work in a safe manner and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures where applicable.

To be successful as a Production Operative, you must:

  • Have had similar work experience.
  • Be able to work the advertised hours.
  • Have a good eye for detail.
  • Be able to work as part of a team.
