We are looking for a skilled Production Lead to join our engineering team in Oxfordshire, England. This position offers an exciting opportunity to establish and lead the Production/Manufacturing function, facilitating the transition of products from their initial prototype and first-article stages to full-scale serial production for both internal and external customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing manufacturing operations, which encompass production planning, capacity management, process development, tooling, equipment, and workforce expansion. You will be tasked with implementing manufacturing documentation, assembly procedures, configuration control, and quality assurance processes. Additionally, you will work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient product delivery while maintaining high production standards in a fast-paced environment.
