About the role

Hydrogen Group is seeking a CRM and Data Analyst to own day-to-day platform operations, drive improvement across CRM, data and AI tools, and collaborate with Platform, Change and Sales teams.

You’ll help optimise systems, improve data quality, and automate processes to support growth.

You will roll out new platform and AI capabilities, maintain reliability across the BI, data and AI stack, and work with colleagues worldwide during UK hours to ensure consistent delivery and data-driven decisions.
