A Senior FF&E Designer is required for a London-based interior design role delivering high-end hospitality and residential projects. Suited to an experienced designer with strong FF&E leadership, the position covers concept development through to installation, including specifications, procurement coordination, bespoke furniture and technical documentation. The role also involves client engagement, international project exposure and supporting project teams across multiple stages. Role & Responsibilities Lead FF&E design from concept through installation Develop cohesive, deliverable FF&E design schemes Prepare specifications, schedules and sample boards Coordinate sourcing, budgets and value engineering Support junior designers and multidisciplinary project teamsSkills & Experience Required Minimum eight years' relevant interior design experience Hospitality, restaurant or high-end residential project experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign Strong FF&E specification and technical documentation skills Confident client, supplier and consultant communicationSalary & Benefits £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and project exposure. Hybrid working offers two days from home after probation, alongside 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, Christmas closure, private healthcare and exposure to high-profile hospitality and residential projects.
