The Peninsula London is pleased to announce that we are seeking Culinary Chefs on aCasual basis to join our different Kitchens.

Key Accountabilities
- To deliver quality food with the best ingredients, following the menu guidelines but also able to be flexible.
- To participate in hotel activities, training, and product awareness with a curiosity to learn.
- Required to contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance, (including health and safety / HACCP compliance) of all kitchen equipment, ensuring that products are of high quality.
- Offer service in line with the Peninsula Service Principles of which you will be trained.
General Requirements
- Knowledge of food and ingredients with a level of creativity.
- Experience within a hotel or restaurant kitchen brigade is preferred
- Some level of culinary certifications/qualifications or Apprenticeship.
- Ability to work under pressure.
