Salary and Commission: £45,000 OTE (uncapped commission) + company car

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:45am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • 1 weekend off in 3 + 1 weekday off

About The Role:

We are looking for a results‑driven and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our successful sales team at Holdcroft Motor Group. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding customers through a seamless and enjoyable buying journey. Your role:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge
  • Deliver a customer‑first experience throughout the full sales journey
  • Manage a busy workload with strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through quality, compliant sales processes
  • Ensure all products and specifications are clearly explained and delivered as promised
  • Provide professional guidance and support to customers at every stage
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve dealership goals

About You:

  • Has experience in a customer‑facing or sales environment
  • Demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Is highly organised with the ability to manage a fast‑paced workload
