We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised Meeting & Events Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces to the highest standards
  • Greeting delegates and guests with a warm, professional welcome
  • Serving refreshments, lunches and beverages throughout events
  • Maintaining presentation standards across all meeting and event areas
  • Supporting weddings, conferences, private dining and other special events
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring an exceptional experience
  • Working closely with colleagues across Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless events
  • Ensuring health, safety and food hygiene standards are always maintained

  • Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
  • Has previous hospitality or events experience would be beneficial but isn't essential—we're happy to provide full training for the right person

Additional Information

  • Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Working 5 out of 7 days per week
  • Salary £12.71 per hour
