HiStory Hospitality are seeking a talented and organised Golf Clubhouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day clubhouse operations within a prestigious golf club environment. This role is focused on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences across all clubhouse services, ensuring smooth daily operations, high service standards, and efficient team leadership in the absence of the Clubhouse Manager.
Golf Clubhouse Supervisor Requirements
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Duty Manager within a golf club, private members club, luxury hotel, or high-end hospitality environment
- Strong experience overseeing daily front-of-house operations, including food & beverage service, member relations, and clubhouse presentation
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a small operational team while maintaining smooth and efficient service throughout the day
- A passion for hospitality and creating welcoming, community-focused experiences for members and guests
- Confident in managing daily opening and closing procedures, service flow, and operational standards
- Experience with stock management, ordering, rota planning, cash handling, and maintaining accurate operational records
- Strong understanding of health & safety, licensing regulations, and hospitality compliance procedures
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities across busy service periods
- Calm and reliable under pressure, with excellent communication skills across both front and back-of-house teams
- A genuine interest in golf club culture and delivering an exceptional clubhouse experience
