HiStory Hospitality are seeking a personable and professional Clubhouse Server to deliver exceptional service across both the dining room and bar within a prestigious clubhouse environment. Clubhouse Server Requirements
- Previous experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or Bartender within a luxury hotel, private members club, golf clubhouse, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment
- Confident delivering both restaurant floor service and bar service in a professional and friendly manner
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a willingness to continue learning
- Ability to manage multiple tables and bar guests efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- A warm and engaging personality with excellent communication and guest-relations skills
- Comfortable working across breakfast, lunch, and casual clubhouse dining services
