Hi Story Hospitality are seeking an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the opening team of a stunning new restaurant within a luxury country estate in Buckinghamshire.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a launch team, working in a premium countryside environment where exceptional service, genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do.
Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or experienced Head Waiter within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
A passionate and hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
Proven ability to deliver warm, refined and intuitive guest service while leading from the floor.
Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.
Confident supporting the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operation, ensuring consistently high service standards.
Experience with staff training, rota planning, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining operational excellence.
Strong understanding of health and safety, food safety and licensing regulations.
