SALARY: £13.47 per hour

Reporting to the Head of Reception, the main job duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • General administration duties, including checking guests in and out
  • Assist with training new and existing staff
  • Be the first point of contact for all guests
  • Resolve guest issues in a timely manner
  • Act as a Duty Manager when required
  • Any other tasks allocated to the department
  • To ensure staff, Reception and guest facilities are prepared and maintained at the highest standards possible at all times

  • Promoting a culture of exceptional service with a strong focus on delivering “inspired hospitality”

Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • The ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have a ‘can do’ and positive approach

The role requires the successful candidates to work five days over seven, 40 hours per week, including evening and weekend work on a shift/rota basis and covering night shifts on an ad hoc basis!
