As a Reception Supervisor, you will be in charge of ensuring all arriving guests receive greetings that align with Hilton Grand Vacations brand standards. Consistently delivering a high standard of service to improve the owners and guests’ stay and experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team on shift to deliver a wonderful pre-arrival and welcome to the resort
- Ensuring all pre-arrival information is produced and communicated to guests and relevant departments in accordance with brand standards
- Providing Duty Manager cover as required, while maintaining a hands-on, guest-facing presence
- Responding to and analyzing guest feedback received via internal systems, Qualtrics, Trip Advisor, etc., and sharing solutions with other departments
- Ensuring all guests have been fully communicated with prior to arrival and their details have been accurately entered into Clarity
To fulfil this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail sector
- Strong IT skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in managing and developing people
- Excellent guest focus, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Accountability and resilience
- Focus on ensuring a consistently high quality of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent grooming standards
