About the role

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing team, working across domestic and commercial sectors throughout Leicester and the surrounding areas.

This is a varied role covering air conditioning installations, servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs .

The successful candidate will be confident working independently, diagnosing faults, and delivering a high standard of workmanship on every job.

Key Responsibilities Install domestic and commercial air conditioning systems.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits.

Diagnose faults and complete breakdown repairs.

Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.

Manage workload independently and take ownership of completed works.

Requirements Minimum 3 years experience within the air conditioning industry.

Valid F-Gas certification.

Full UK driving licence.

Strong air conditioning installation experience.

Experience with servicing, maintenance, and fault finding.

Good technical problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
