- Using reporting and performance insights to identify trends, optimise yield and recommend improvements across the business.
- Maintaining accuracy, supporting commercial projects and working collaboratively with teams across the estate to continually improve revenue performance.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in yield and revenue management, with a strong understanding of how pricing, availability and commercial performance work together to drive business results.
- Confidence using Versa PMS and Duetto RMS to analyse performance, manage availability and support data‑led decisions.
- Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective relationships with colleagues across different teams and properties.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to identifying revenue opportunities and resolving challenges.
- The ability to produce accurate forecasts, monitor KPIs and support properties in achieving their commercial targets.
- A flexible, hands‑on approach, with a willingness to travel to our properties for regular on‑site visits.
- A positive attitude, a genuine interest in commercial performance and the drive to continually improve how we work.
At Hiddenwell, we care about exceptional hospitality, individuality, passion and positivity, teamwork, integrity, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
