Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Care and Training Practitioner, located in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. The Care and Training Practitioner will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients, conducting training sessions for new carers, and supporting ongoing professional development. Daily tasks include direct observations, supervisions and recruitment. The practitioner will also implement training programs, ensure adherence to care standards, and support the well-being and growth of both clients and carers.
