Trading Area & Facilities
The picture-perfect venue will be subject to an extensive refurbishment to enhance its distinctive features, transforming the Royal Oak into one of the most sophisticated and stylish establishments in the area. A full external redecoration will be complemented by internal works, including a full revamp of all trading areas, creating a trendy and modern look with traditional accents. The refurbishment will also provide an upgrade to the rear enclosed courtyard, allowing to maximise not only the food offering but also the wet trade, placing the pub back in the heart of the community.
Refurbishment Planned!
The Royal Oak sits within the market town of Malton. The residents consist of mainly families and mature professionals.
