About the Role Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, you will support customers with all aspects of daily living while promoting independence, choice and wellbeing. Responsibilities may include: Supporting customers with personal care and daily living tasks Helping customers access the local community and take part in activities they enjoy Supporting customers to prepare meals and manage finances Administering medication and providing health-related support Supporting customers to achieve their personal goals Providing specialist support, including stoma care, intermittent catheterisation and epilepsy management following full training Shift Patterns Flexibility is essential as support is provided 24 hours a day.
