A leading organisation is seeking a talented Republic of Ireland-qualified Real Estate Solicitor to join its dynamic in-house legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to work on high-quality commercial property matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role

You will take ownership of a varied caseload, providing specialist legal support on real estate matters across the Republic of Ireland. The successful candidate will also contribute to broader legal workstreams, gaining exposure to commercial contracts, infrastructure, and compliance work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate matters, including due diligence, title reviews, and property transactions.
  • Draft, negotiate, and complete leases, licences, option agreements, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Irish laws and best practice.
  • Work closely with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide ad hoc legal support across areas such as commercial contracts, construction agreements, NDAs, and internal policy review.
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislative and regulatory developments.

Essential Criteria

  • Qualified Solicitor in the Republic of Ireland (minimum 3 years' PQE).
  • Strong experience in commercial property law in Ireland.
  • Demonstrable ability to draft and negotiate commercial leases.
  • Capable of managing a caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working as part of a multi-disciplinary, fast-moving team.

Desirable

  • Northern Ireland qualification (beneficial but not essential).
  • Experience with infrastructure, energy, or telecoms clients.
  • Familiarity with drafting and negotiating broader commercial agreements.
