Your new role
As Production Shift Manager, you will be accountable for leading your team to achieve the performance of the factory, ensuring operational effectiveness is maximised. You will ensure company & site KPIs are met, high technical standards are maintained and to achieve quality standards through the development of people, processes and systems.
What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have proven management and leadership experience within a food manufacturing environment. You should also have experience working to technical standards and targets with the ability to demonstrate understanding and accountability. You should have proven people management experience, leading a team through effective use of performance reviews, coaching, training and disciplinary procedures as required. It is essential that you are computer-literate, including MS Packages, with CI skills and techniques.

This role is a weekend shift position, working from 7am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday with the opportunity to also work on a Friday and Monday.
