Your new role
- Daily duties will include fault-finding, repairs, installation, minor works and associated plumbing tasks.
- Maintaining compliance procedures.
- Taking calls and enquiries.
- Logging all the work effectively and keeping the records up to date.
- Other maintenance work may be carried out, depending on client requirements.
What you’ll need to succeed
- You will have experience of plumbing work on commercial properties.
- You will have a full clean driving licence and be happy to run a DBS check
- You will have NVQ L3 or equivalent in Plumbing
- You will be able to use technological devices to log projects
- You will have excellent communication skills and a proactive personality.
