Our client provides asset management services for housing associations and local authorities, focusing on improving the living conditions of residents and leaving a lasting impact on the community. Their services include responsive repairs, void refurbishments, compliancy services and planned maintenance work.
Your new role
Our client is looking to recruit plumbers to join their team in Westminster. Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carry out repairs to void properties, demonstrating your competence to multi-skill outside your core trade, to include minor plumbing works, building work, possible ground works and drainage related works. You will receive tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely to deliver excellent customer service. Other duties will include:
- Installing pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air or other liquids
- Test plumbing systems for leaks or problems
- Installing heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters
- Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement etc.
- Write reports documenting the problem and summary of actions taken
- Review blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures
- Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will require the relevant experience operating as a Plumber within a commercial environment. You will also require:
- C&G Craft or Level 2 in relevant trade or working towards
- CSCS Card – Blue or working towards
- Have excellent working Health and Safety knowledge
- Valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
What you’ll get in return

- Salary between £36,000 – £40,0000
