Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Finance Assistant to join a friendly and supportive organisation based just outside of Stockton-on-Tees. This is an ongoing temporary assignment offering 25 hours per week, with flexibility around working days and hours, making it an ideal opportunity for candidates seeking a role that can fit around school hours and other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing and processing supplier payments
  • Allocating incoming cash and reconciling customer accounts
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Performing bank and account reconciliations
  • Assisting with general finance administration
  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required

About You

Previous experience in a finance or accounts role is essential. Strong understanding of invoice processing, reconciliations, and cash management is required.
