Drainage Plumber – Paying up to £50,000

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for inspecting and repairing a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage systems. This role requires excellent service delivery, effective communication with clients, and accurate documentation of all work performed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and repairs on commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
- Address client queries, report defects, and keep clients informed during service visits.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to work procedures, and safe systems for work systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physically capable of performing the required duties.
- C&G Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent / technical diploma in a related field.
Desirable Experience:
- Repairs, maintenance, and installation of external and underground water supply pipework (MDPE, Ductile Iron, Cast Iron, Copper, uPVC up to 12″ diameter).
- Familiarity with various valves (butterfly, gate, ball, pressure reducing).
- Experience with pits, ducts, manholes, hydrants, pipe connectors, and fittings.
- Knowledge of underground drainage and foul sewage systems (Clay/Concrete, uPVC, GRP, Cast Iron).
- Experience with surface water gulleys, drains, sewage tanks, pumps (positive displacement and centrifugal), oil interceptors, and penstock valves.
- Holder of Blue Water Card and Valve Operations Card (desirable).
