Assessment support assistant-Temp-Office based-Face to face customer service and admin
Your new company
Regulatory organisation based in Manchester city centre are looking to recruit on a temporary basis to work on site supporting the delivery of assessments and training events, working with colleagues to manage the reception on event days and carry out administration work.
Your new role
- Managing the schedules of the exams and assessments
- Setting up meeting rooms and preparing materials for the assessments
- Meeting customers, colleagues and professional bodies, providing a welcoming and professional service and dealing with any complaints, escalating where necessary.
- Updating and maintaining electronic and manual records, ensuring they can be tracked
- Working within the company’s policies with reference to Data Protection Act and Equality Act and adhering to the information security policy
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Managing the reception on event days including sign in sheets, lost property, written correspondence and catering requests.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience of supporting exams, assessments or similar would be beneficial
- You will have excellent customer service skills, confident in communicating face to face with a variety of stakeholders
- Customer focused with experience of going the extra mile
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience of working in regulated environments, to SLA’s and maintaining confidentiality and the security of information.
- Proven experience of working well in a team and being flexible to changes
- Experience of prioritising a busy workload whilst maintaining high attention to detail
